Value Management (VM) is a powerful methodology for developing competitive strategy, corporate strategy and the strategic management of corporate portfolios and programmes. The VM 3 course builds on the skills developed during VM1 and VM2 courses to enable participants to facilitate strategic VM studies.

This course also enables you to work towards professional qualifications in VM. These are the Qulified Value Associate (QVA) and Professional in Value Management (PVM). Please note that the PVM requires participation in the VM1, VM2 & VM3 courses along with suitable professional VM experience.

Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements.
