Value Management (VM) is a powerful methodology for developing competitive strategy, corporate strategy and the strategic management of corporate portfolios and programmes. The VM3 course builds on the skills developed during VM1 and VM2 courses to enable participants to facilitate strategic VM studies.
The focus of VM3 is to develop participants so that they can contribute to business strategy and public sector policy. Thus VM3 covers how VM contributes to:
- Competitive strategy
- Corporate strategy
- Value governance (i.e. use of VM in strategic portfolio, programme and project management)
Please note that the Professional in Value Management (PVM) qualification requires participation in the VM1, VM2 & VM3 courses along with suitable professional VM experience including leading at least two VM studies.
Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements.
