Value Management (VM) facilitators work seamlessly with client teams to lead VM studies against tight deadlines, often across multiple geographies and timezones. This course builds your skills as an expert professional VM facilitator working to BS EN 12973:2020. The methods covered work well in any culture / country and environment, including face-to-face, online and hybrid.
Although we focus on the high end challenges faced by VM facilitators working on complex projects and programmes, the skills covered work well for any VM study. During the course we provide a practical toolkit as well as opportunities to practice VM facilitation skills in a safe environment with other participants using real world case studies.
The focus of VM2 is to transform participants into effective VM practitioners with the skills to:
- Design VM studies
- Lead / facilitate VM studies => face-to-face, virtual and hybrid
- Use VM to help clients specify and procure complex products, services, projects and systems
- Prepare for professional value management qualifications (QVA & PVM).
Participants are required by Value for Europe to participate in two Value Studies before attending an approved VM2 course which enables you to work towards professional qualifications in VM. Please note that the PVM requires participation in the VM1, VM2 & VM3 courses along with suitable professional VM experience.
Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements.
