What is Value Management?

Value Management (VM) is a creative team based methodology that optimises value in products, services, projects, processes and organisations. Best practice VM is described in BS EN 12973:2020.

VM delivers an optimum balance between function, performance, quality, safety, risk and cost. The proper balance results in optimised value.

We deliver a rolling programme of IVM approved VM1, VM2 & VM3 courses under Value for Europe throughout the year. They therefore enable participants to work towards the Qualified Value Associate (QVA) and Professional in Value Management (PVM) professional qualifications. Click here for details.

VM training programme structure

We are practising value practitioners and facilitators and use the techniques and frameworks covered on the course in our everyday client work. Course fees

Each of the VM1, VM2 & VM3 courses costs £1,500 + VAT per participant. We can also run the courses in-house.
