Consulting Courses – (ELCAS Provider 2653)

Many people are now choosing consultancy as a route to interesting, well paid and high status jobs both within the armed forces and beyond. In fact numerous service leavers have attended our ELCAS approved courses as part of their resettlement programme. This is because consultancy offers you the opportunity to:

• Tackle interesting, cutting edge technical and management problems
• Acquire core investigative project and people skills
• Lead and facilitate complex projects and programmes
• Develop leadership skills relevant to senior management positions

Participants who complete these programmes secure the Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials (NQF Level 5) and / or the Diploma in Management Consultancy (NQF Level 7). With further professional experience delegates can then go onto the full professional qualification, the Certified Management Consultant (recognised in over 48 countries). These qualifications are awarded by the Institute of Consulting (formerly the Institute of Management Consultancy) which is part of the Chartered Management Institute. These programmes are ELCAS approved and rated at NQF Level 5 and higher.
