Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials (CMCE):- The CMCE is secured by attending ‘The Professional Consultant’ and doing a straightforward assessment.

Diploma in Management Consultancy (DMC):- The DMC is secured by attending all 3 of the above 3-day courses and completing one project and two assessments.

Certified Management Consultant (CMC):- The CMC is recognised in 45+ countries as the top level professional certification for consultants. All 3 of the above courses lead to this certification and we are approved mentors for this programme.

Value Management / Engineering (PVM):- This qualification is secured by attending all 3 of the above courses, completing the required project work and panel interview.

We are fully approved by the Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Business Consulting (formerly the Institute of Management Consultancy) and the Institute of Value Management. We consistently get excellent ratings from participants.

Our courses are led by Mark Law, who has wide ranging experience in the consulting industry, and as a current practitioner, brings real-life cases into the course. Our open courses are normally held at the Institute of Directors in Central London.
